Self-contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)

ERPP series Self-contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) can provide respiratory protection for operators working in an abominable environment where toxic and hazardous gas, powder, dust and flame may exist or during rescue work. Gas detection devices can detect gases in a working environment and guarantee the safety of operators.

SCBA is widely applied in fire-fighting, petrol-chemical, electricity, shipping, mining and medical field. It provides reliable protection for those who work in abominable environment.

Back plate
Enhanced industrial plastics, highly intensive, fire-retardant belt：
Designed by human body's curve. Comfortable to wear.

Chest positioned alarm
Compacted together with pressure gauge. Positioned at left chest. When the pressure inside the cylinder drops to 5±0.5MPa, the alarm will be activated.

Pressure gauge
Imported from Germany, water-proof, vibration-proof, visible even in the darkness.

EBSS MP hose
Provide air for other \people.
Dust-proof cover, to ensure the sanity and safety.

Dual voice transmitter
One for each side. Clear voice transmitting. With the sound ampler and talker produced by SCOTT, it can realize clear voice transmitting with outside.

Purge valve(Red hand wheel)
Used for continuous air supply under emergency. In addition, it can also be used for cleaning the lens, regulator, and discharging the pipe.

Regulator
Integrated with the exhale valve. The internal pressure is always higher than the normal pressure, thus creating the positive pressure. Large airflow and small breathing resistance. Buckle connector, easy to install.

Cylinder with pressure gauge
The pressure inside of the cylinder can be checked without opening the cylinder valve. Convenient and useful. Optional thread: G5/8″ and M22×1.5.

Hand wheel on cylinder valve
Conforms to European Standard. It can prevent accidental close of cylinder caused by mishandling.

E.RPP consists of five basic parts:
Cylinder assembly, pressure reducer assembly, regulator assembly, Facepiece assembly, back-plate assembly, and other accessories.

E.PRR Breathing Apparatus－ Characteristics

Big airflow of regulator (≥500L/min), stable performance, adjustable airflow; small breathing resistance allows smooth breathing under any environment.
Purge valve on the regulator can provide air under emergency. It can also clean the lens before use and discharge the leftover air after use.
Buckle connector between regulator and face piece, easy to install
The lens is made of PC. There is hard coating outside of it. Good transparency, wide view and long endurance.
Kevlar's head harness has four fixation points. Highly intensive, good ventilation. Easy to adjust. Equal power when wearing fire-fighting helmet or safety helmet, avoiding many defects of rubber's face piece.
The nose cup is designed according to the face shape of Asian. Good sealing and small quantity of left-over CO2.
Voice transmitter is placed inside for the user to communicate with outside. Different communication devices of SCOTT are available to install on the transmitter, such as ampler, talker transmitter (E-Z Radiocom II), etc.
Special structure of lens and regulator can prevent fog and steam. It can resume a clear vision even in cold area.
