Usage
- Charge the cylinder and air storage cylinder
- Provide 0.7MPa air to pneumatic fixer and cylinder
inspection station
- Provide air for cylinder tightness inspection
Operation principle
The air is purified by P4 air filter through air compressor.
The air is compressed into the storage cylinder assembly
and then to the charging tank. Open the side valve and
inspect the air quality. Turn on the general valve of
the maintenance room to supply air to other equipment
and maintenance room. Safe, highly efficient and convenient.

CQ500 Charging tank
CQ500
explosion-proof charging tank is a kind of safety unit
especially designed for SCBA. It can be used for the
fire department either in public security institutions
or industrial companies. It can improve the efficiency
of cylinder charging and prevent accident. Nice to look,
safe to use, and convenient to operate.
6mm steel plate for the tank housing. Two parts: upper
and lower parts. Integrated with pressure gauge, charging/discharging
valve . There are two pressure gauges. One is electric-contact
Pressure gauge which provides over pressure protection.
The other one is common one, to indicate the inside
pressure. There is a switch valve on each charging pipe,
which can control the air charging separately. The lower
part is the main body of the charging tank. 4 high pressure
charging pipe is reasonably arranged according to the
engineering principle, thus highly enlarging the operation
space. 4 pipes are made of PVC, which can protect the
surface of cylinder. The bottom of the tank is for pressure
exhaustion.
We provide corresponding charging transmitting connector
for different types of cylinder to meet the clients'
actual need.

Storage Cylinder Assembly
The cylinder is fixed on the bracket. Connect with
other pipes with a negative delta or buckle. When installing
on site, no need for welding. There is a safety valve
to ensure the safety of charging system.
Two or four 50L, 31.5MPa cylinders with a diameter of
220mm
P4 Filter
Mainly composed of oil and gas separator, dryer, and
purifier. Small dimension, wall type, thus occupying
little space.
P4 is connected with the single direction valve on
air compressor, air charging tank or air storage cylinder,
to filtrate the compressed air so that the water, CO
and CO2 content can reach a satisfied degree and thus
the user can breathe clean air.

Air analyzer
Installed at a suitable place of the charging system.
Take a sampling every 40 hours to test the air quality
to ensure that the water, CO and CO2 content conforms
to relevant standards.
The equipment uses import pressure reducer, flow meter,
test tube, and switches, etc.

Water trough for air-tightness test
It is used for air-tightness test.
The housing is made of good quality stainless steel(1Cr18Ni9)
. Four wheels at the bottom of it. When carrying out
the air-tightness test, immerge the cylinder into the
water and check if there is leakage (bubble) on the
cylinder, especially at the connection pint of the cylinder
valve. Exhaust the water inside of the water trough.
