Tester for SCOTT Breathing Apparatus
It is used to test the basis performance of
breathing apparatus's accessories, such as the
pressure reducer, regulator, and alarm. The data
can be read directly from the apparatus. |

POSICHEK III Computer Analyzer
A kind of computerized tester, integrated with
a computer, color printer, Chinese operation manual,
to test the performance of SCBA and other breathing
units(static and dynamic state).
The core part of the tester is a corrugated
tank controlled by computer. Its working principle
is to imitate the actual situation when a user
wears the face piece and breathe. Through the
expansion and constriction of the corrugated tank,
the head modal can inhale and exhale the air.
Through the dynamic test, the computer can show
the breathing resistance curve and test data on
the report, thus giving a sound judgment on the
performance of cylinder. The test data and the
historic data can be printed or stored.
The analyzer is based on computer. It is controlled
by the computer. By entering the right order,
the test parameter can be changed to carry out
different tests. It is very convenient to operate.
Meanwhile, it can also remind the operator to
test on the expired breathing apparatus.

Pressure-reduce system and pipe valves
The reducer is what we installed on 20B equipment,
integrated with a safety valve. The low pressure part
is connected by a buckle. The high pressure stainless
steel(1Cr18Ni9Ti) is connected by negative delta. During
installment, there is no need for welding. There is
a pressure gauge on both high pressure pipe and low
pressure pipe, easy for the user to check the pressure.
 Ultrasonic
cleaner
It is used to clean the facepiece and regulator. Highly
efficient, low noise, easy operation, sound effect and
high speed. Combined type( cleaning trough and spring
trough). The basic principle is that the high frenquency
vibration in the water can generate bubbles and the
explosion of the bubbles have impulse force which can
make the dirt flake off .

Water control shelf
It is used to dry the face piece after cleaning. It
is made of high quality stainless steel. Three circles
can revolve on a 360 degree basis, convenient to hang
the Facepiece on them. The hanger is reasonably designed
that the water will not drop on to the next layer of
Facepiece. The water collector at the bottom keeps the
room dry.

Cylinder fixer(PJ-1)
To fix the cylinder when dismount the valve.
It is made of steel. The lever can be adjusted
to fix the cylinders of different height. Maximum
diameter of cylinder : 300mm

It is used to inspect the internal condition
of cylinder. The inspection result is one of the
proof for rejection of cylinder.

Cylinder shelf
It is used to
store cylinder assembly that needs reparation
or inspection.
It is made of stainless steel. Erosion proof.
Protection against surface scrap when handling
the cylinders. The shelf is highly intensive and
have a long endurance.
