Cylinder inspection station

The system is used for regular inspection on cylinders.
It is suitable for fire-fighting, chemical and petrol
field. Easy installation, controllable speed, and great
reliability. It is an ideal equipment to test the cylinder
volume.

Pressure system

This system is composed of control panel, hydrostatic
press, water jacket, pneumatic fixer, etc. The pneumatic
pressure pump can provide high-pressure test water.
It can control the inlet air by valve, thus increasing
the internal water pressure. When the pressure reaches
the required value, the tester can get the volume shape
change value. When the air is exhausted from the cylinder,
the tester can again write down the volume shape change
value, thus calculating the ultimate value and achieving
the inspection purpose.
¡ñ¡¡The control panel can control the water filling
to cylinder and water jacket and exhaust the left air
inside of the cylinder and water jacket. The tester
can test the reliability of this unit. There are two
precise pressure gauges imported from America (one for
measurement and one for calibration). Water pipe is
installed inside of the control panel. (buckle connection,
no need for welding. Stainless steel and import sockets
are installed on the high pressure part. Bronze pipe
and sockets are installed on the low pressure part.
¡ñ¡¡The hydraulic press is Type A(anti-dirty), imported
from USA, installed inside of the control panel. Output
pressure: 0.689MPa. Maximum output pressure: 60.6MPa.
Air exhaustion amount: Air discharging capacity: 5.9L/stroke.
It mainly consists of air compressor, stainless steel
water storage tank, and fast£¬stainless steel check valve,
etc.
¡ñ¡¡Material of water jacket: Stainless steel(1Cr18Ni9),
carbon steel(Q235), including import safety disc, and
high pressure quick connect.
¡ñ¡¡The input pressure of the pneumatic fixer is 0.7MPa,
together with sound attenuators. The main body is installed
at the water jacket. The control element and buttons
are installed on the control panel.

Main equipment

Water filter
Purify the water that enter the hydrostatic press
and prolong the life span. It can also make the
test result more precise. There is a water gauge
under the filter so that when the water flow reaches
some degree, it can rinse the filter.

Electric wire rope hoist
It is frequently used when carrying out hydrolytic
test to move the cylinders filled with water.

Cylinder fixer(PJ-1)
To fix the cylinder when dismount the cylinder
valve.
Main material: Steel. A height adjustment lever
is used to fix cylinders of different size. Maximum
diameter of cylinder: :300mm¡£

PH-1 cylinder dryer
The product is composed of air blower, heater,
gas conductors, etc. The electric heating unit
can change the electricity into heat, thus the
air blower can blow out hot wind, thus drying
the cylinder.
The outlet pipe is reasonably arranged to simplify
the operation. It is an ideal dryer.
This equipment is mainly used for drying the inside
of the cylinders after the hydrolytic test in
order to protect the surface of cylinder.

Water-filling cart
This cart is made of stainless steel plate and
pipe(1Cr18Ni9). It is mobile with four wheels
at the bottom so that it is convenient to discharge
the water inside of the cart. When carrying out
the hydrolytic test, the cylinder should be filled
with water and be place for more than 8 hours.
So the result will be stable and reliable.
Maximum 8 cylinders at the same time.

Water exhaustion shelf
The cylinder fastening belt can be adjusted to
a length suitable for different size of cylinders.
Put the cylinder to the shelf by the electric
wire rope hoist after the hydrolytic test. The
process is safety and energy saving.

Electric heater
Control the water temperature, and clean the surface
of cylinder. It can protect the carbon fiber while
cleaning the cylinder.

Pressure-reduce system
and pipe valves
The pressure reducer is typed 20B, integrated
with safety valve. The low pressure bronze part
is connected with pipe while the high pressure
stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti)part is connected
with a negative delta shaped connection. No need
for welding during mounting. There are pressure
gauges both on the high and low pressure pipe,
making it convenient for the user to check the
inside pressure.

Cylinder holding shelf
It is used to store the cylinders to be inspected
or already inspected. It is made of stainless
steel.(1Cr18Ni9), so that it will not scrape the
surface of cylinder. It can store up to 48 cylinders.
